While today is often about costumes, candy, and trick-or-treating… let’s not forget the deeper meaning behind it.

Samhain is a sacred time of remembrance — a time to honor those who have passed before us, especially our ancestors. 🕯️

As a coach, I often see how ancestral trauma shows up in people’s lives. Many struggle to even think of their ancestors because of the pain that’s been carried down the line. But here’s the truth:
Your ancestors are healed now.
They exist in Spirit — transformed, wise, and powerful. 🌙

You can call upon them not just for their stories of pain, but for their strength, guidance, and wisdom. Tonight, as the veil thins, they’re closer than ever — ready to support you on your path. ✨

As for Daisy and me… our silly costumes (Minnie Mouse & Daria, my shirt got ruined this morningso I improvised) have already come off, but the magic of the night remains.

My #1 Healing Hack: That's not true because....

I came up with this healing hack when I noticed how cruel my inner voice was. As soon as I noticed my brain telling me something about myself I would say "That's not true because.... and then finish the sentence.

Your brain is wired with the words you repeat to yourself and once you choose to heal you will notice your brain is still wired with the old stories. By telling your brain that what it just told you is not true and the reasons why it will slowly start to create new pathways of thought. Leaving those untrue and outdated stories behind.
