Full Moon 🌕 + The Year of the Snake is close to ending 🐍

This full moon shines bright on the subconscious, revealing what we need to see. With heavy Leo energy, we’re asked to look at both the light and the shadow.

Leo themes to reflect on:

• Being seen ↔ feeling unseen
• Confidence ↔ insecurity
• Authentic expression ↔ performing for approval
• Heart-led courage ↔ fear of judgment

We’re also in the final two weeks of the Year of the Snake—a year of shedding, releasing, and radical transformation.

Shed or die.
We shed… and shed… and shed again. This full moon is intensifying the final release before the next cycle begins.

Last night I watched an orchestra play The Beatles in a candlelit concert . The fire, the music, the vibration—it pulled me in and out of trance and deep awe. The fire element, the transformation and the light, reflective of the moon and the snake was perfectly timed.

Let this moon show you what’s ready to be seen. Step into courage and shed the last of what must be shed. 🌕🔥

Have you missed us? 💛
It’s been a tired January over here… and as you can see, Daisy is still very much yawning her way through it.
If you noticed I’ve been quiet for 20-something days, it’s because I was very sick. Very human, very real. Not everything has to be hippity-dippity. And… I also know Spirit will use everything in the right timing.
January is supposed to be a slow month but it seemed there was alot stirring in my soul, but then I got sick and it was only about rest. No performing. No producing. Just healing, snuggles, and unconditional love from two little souls 🐾🐈‍⬛️

Here’s the lesson I’m walking back with: it was the next level of practice what you preach. Divine timing is everything in manifesting. Winter isn’t meant for constant output. Your dreams are growing underground right now, even when it looks like nothing is happening.

So yes—we rested. And that was the most productive thing of all.
First week back is a little sleepy (Daisy agrees 😴), but we’re slowly waking up… and spring will bring what it’s meant to bring. 🌱✨

✨ Did you know it’s not actually the New Year? ✨
Yes—it's a calendar New Year… but nature says otherwise.
Right now we’re still in winter.
Frozen. Quiet. Resting.
That’s why New Year’s resolutions so often fail—we’re trying to push forward when the Earth is still asking us to pause.

Ancient calendars followed 13 months, just like:
🌕 13 full moons
🌑 13 menstrual cycles
✨ 13 — a sacred, divine number

When we lived in rhythm with nature, the New Year began with spring, when life actually starts to bloom.
That’s why Aries is the first zodiac and Pisces is the last.

So yes—celebrate the calendar New Year if you want.
But know this:
This season is for rest, reflection, and release… not force.
Spring is coming. And with it, true beginnings. 🌱

🍊 Don’t Forget the Oranges 🍊
(Add them to your grocery list before the New Year)

One of my favorite New Year’s Day traditions is filling the home with the smell of intention.
First thing in the morning, I make a simmer pot and let it bless the house as the year begins.

A simmer pot carries all four elements:
Water – the base, emotional flow and clarity
Fire – the flame beneath, transformation and momentum
Air – the steam carrying your intentions through the home
Earth – the herbs, fruit, and spices anchoring it all

As each ingredient goes in, set an intention for 2026, then let it go—into the air, into the earth, into the year ahead.

If you don’t know where to start, here’s a simple grocery list:

Water
🍊 A few oranges – abundance, zest for life, vitality, self-confidence & happiness
✨️ Star anise – protection
🌱 Rosemary – clarity, remembrance, and strength of spirit
🍒 Cranberries – a life with bite, joy, and emotional richness
💲Cinnamon sticks – abundance, warmth, and forward movement
🌺 Hibiscus – allowing things to flow with ease and grace

Add cloves for grounding, bay leaves for wishes, vanilla for sweetness—make it your own. That’s the magic.
Remember: intention doesn’t need to be complicated. Sometimes it just needs a pot, a flame, and your presence.

After days in the house Daisy and I are making the rounds from the puppy boutique, petco, groceries and then Merle Hay Mall. Happy early New Years!

Happy holidays 🤍
I love being present, which usually means I don’t capture many photos. This year I told myself I’d make more of an effort… and I failed. Easton, Norah & Gracie somehow ended up in the background of a few photos. But a good time was had, and that’s what always matters most. May your holidays be filled with laughter, connection, and moments of truly being present.

I don’t journal.
But I do keep a magic notebook.

Just a word or two. A moment. A synchronicity. A quiet reminder that I am guided, protected, abundant, and in alignment with Spirit.

I stopped doing it for a while—and the truth is simple:
what you focus on, you create.
When I note the magic, more magic shows up.

My latest reminder? A $1700. blessing in disguise. Mice got into my car and chewed a part lines under the bumper. Annoying… until the repair revealed multiple issues that could have been deadly, especially on the interstate. After I approved the fixes over the phone, my next client sat in my chair and described a car accident caused by the exact things Ihad just approved.

Message received.
Protection confirmed.
Going straight into the magic notebook

I can't believe I let this practice go after 8 years, but it didn't take me long for me to realize the important role it plays ✨

Release ➡️ Surrender

Sometimes changing out one word can shift everything. We’re often told to release—old mindsets, outdated beliefs, fears, it's even the final step of manifesting. And while I give lots of examples of how to release, Spirit recently handed me an oracle card that said surrender… and it changed everything.

I know what it means but felt called to look up the definition. When I looked up the meaning, it was simple: to give it to a higher power—God, Source, the Universe, whatever you believe in.

So instead of trying to release things into the abyss, I started surrendering them… handing them over to something greater for my highest good.

Sometimes changing out one simple word can have a profound effect. It completely shifted things for me, and I hope it can support you too.
