I hold trigger points and firm-pressure techniques for 60–90–120 seconds at a 6–7–8/10 on the pain scale so the tissue has enough time to actually soften and release.
The other 10% includes breathwork, rocking, and a little Swedish flow so your body stays relaxed instead of guarded.
And always — communication is key.
