Learn how to provide non-medical support for families after birth, including emotional encouragement, infant care guidance, and perinatal mental health awareness.

Our Virtual Postpartum Doula Training will teach you evidence-based skills and trauma-informed communication to empower families in Chenango, Madison, Oneida, and Onondaga counties.

This program is funded by the NYS Office of Children and Family Services. Anyone can make a referral—even yourself! Look for our surveys in prenatal clinics, WIC offices, and doctors' offices.

Coffee and Grief is a free pregnancy loss support group for anyone who has experienced loss at any gestation. It is a safe, compassionate space to listen, share your story, and be in community with others who understand.
