Have you recently been charged with a felony gun charge?

The Macomb County Prosecutors Office has now mandated that prior to sentencing a psychological risk assessment be conducted for any sentencing deviations.

Our office has conducted many of these Risk Assessments for the Macomb County District & Circuit Courts as well as the Macomb County Prosecutors Office.
