Our Story

My name is Sharlene Nova and my daughter is Lauren Nova. We are a mother- daughter team and are the new owners and operators of your local Troy-Macomb Griswold Home Care office. I grew up in Fraser, MI and am one of 4 children.

My personal experiences with my father-in-law led me to believe in Home Care. My father-in-law was diagnosed with lymphoma and was critically ill. He was sent to a nursing home facility, but wanted to be at home to pass on. With the help of Hospice and caregivers at his side, his wishes were met. I have a passion for helping others and I would like to refer caergivers to fulfill others’ wishes to be able to stay in the comfort of their own homes.

My mother and I joined the Griswold community because we wanted to carry on the tradition of referring caregivers to make affordable, private care available to disabled adults and senior citizens in the Troy, Macomb community. We promise to refer caregivers that will protect and serve our clients and families with honesty and respect and to preserve the dignity and independence of our clients. We are very privileged to continue our mission throughout the Troy, Macomb community.
