Sleepy Hollow Creek Aronia Berries

Sleepy Hollow Creek Aronia Berries In 2011 I planted 1,000 bushes at the Sleepy Hollow Creek Aronia Berries orchard south of the creek at Flying V Farms, LLC in Seward County Nebraska.

Sleepy Hollow Creek Aronia Berries orchard was started four years ago in a triangle of land south of the creek on Flying V Farms, LLC. The last four years have been dedicated to transitioning the 200 acres to organic farming practices. Investments have been made both monetarily and lots of labor. I am a passionate environmentalist and conservationist. I believe that genetic engineering and excessive use of toxic chemicals are destroying the soil, water, air, food products and the health of everyone exposed to the toxins. My commitment to organic practices reflects my belief in four values: Conservation practices that will put life and health back into the soil and provide a better environment for wildlife, pollinators, and beneficial insects and also responsible use of water resources; Climate Change needs to be reversed and organic farming is much friendlier to the environment: Carcinogens are not a by-product; and changes in conventional practices will protect the earth and the food supply for our children's children.

Have you heard of aronia berries? They’re a popular fruit in Europe that’s known for their amazing health benefits and off the chart antioxidant levels. Our aronia berries are organically grown in the U.S., then carefully juiced to preserve the fresh flavor and important nutrients. Each bottle of Truronia is made of 100% fruit, without any added sugar or preservatives.

Listed here are just some of the benefits of Aronia Berries (chokeberries). Because the antioxidants work to neutralize damage to cells from free radicals (environmental stressors causing most disease) the list of potential benefits is much longer than this list. Ultimately the antioxidants work to slow the aging process because of the cell protection they provide.
