Happy Fat Tuesday! Wise words from my Busia...Calories don't count if you chew your food extra! LOL I feel like I need to follow her advice since she lived well into her 90's. Obviously this is not sound advice if you have any chronic health conditions. If you are looking for AMAZING Paczki from a local family owned business you should head over to Donut Chef at 22.5 and Vandyke!

One year ago today, we lost Ryan, and it still doesn’t feel real. Time has moved forward, but the absence he left behind hasn’t softened. If anything, we’ve just become more aware of all the places he’s missing from.

We miss his laugh echoing down the hallway, his quick wit and perfectly timed snark, and the way he could make even the longest days feel lighter. We miss seeing his face light up when he talked about his beautiful family, or when he proudly shared the latest home project. Ryan had a way of “showing up.” He was always there for his family, his patients and the life he loved so much.

A year later, we still find ourselves thinking, Ryan would love this, or reaching for our phones to send him something we know would make him laugh. Some habits never fade, they just turn into reminders of how deeply someone mattered. Seeing Ryans mannerisms present themselves in his children is both heartwarming and gut wrenching.

Though our hearts still ache, we carry him with us every day. In the kindness we show, the laughter we share, and the care we give to others. We hope we’re honoring the example he set so effortlessly.

Ryan, you are deeply missed, always loved, and never forgotten. We hope you know how much you continue to mean to us. Until we see each other again.

The groundhog did NOT understand the assignment! I feel confident the majority of us are in the same "we are over winter" boat!? Maybe I'm alone in this one.... 6 more weeks of winter. Excuse me while I cry in the corner

THE OFFICE WILL BE CLOSED on MONDAY JANUARY 26! Our phones will be on and the office staff will be answering remotely! Please be safe if you have to leave the house. The roads are atrocious!
The clinic will reopen on Tuesday.

WE ARE OPEN TODAY! While schools are closed due to the inclement weather we are not. Roads crews are working diligently to clear the roads, however with this -4 degree windchill it’s making it rough for the salt to do its job.
