Walk away from the toxic patterns to take a chance on a beautiful experience. Whatever you do- whenever you’re ready- remember you have the choice. 🫶🏼

Hi Facebook! I’ve been super quiet on this page. I haven’t gone anywhere but behind the scenes, there’s some awesome stuff going on to better align my business with the needs of those I serve. Meet Heather

Creating Unstoppable You at a cafe in the small city of Utica, New York, Heather has always been an entrepreneur at heart. She holds her certification as a Personal Trainer from the Personal Training Institute of America. She also received her training and certification as an Integrative Holistic Coach through the Legacy Training Institute.

Heather holds a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies with a triple concentration in History, Technology, and Globalization. She now works as a personal trainer in Utica, New York and coaches people to find their passions and achieve their goals all over the world. She uses the challenges that she has faced in her own life to shine light on situations that we all experience at one point to another. Empowering people to prove we are really more alike than we are different and no situation should ever be more powerful that the pursuit of our own happiness. Changing lives is what she feels she was born to do and claims that it’s a powerful experience showing people that being “you” is enough.
