The UCD is asking for donations for our Veterans Outreach Center Food Pantry. This past year alone, we have fed over 3,000 Veterans and their families. Our food pantry runs solely on donations. If you would like to donate, we are open Monday - Friday 8am-3:30pm. For any questions, please call 315-765-0975 ex. 202. We thank you in advance for your support!

According to studies published by the American Medical Association, walking everyday can have increased health benefits on us all! Walking for a total of 30 minutes a day is recommended by the published papers, these walks do not have to be consecutive and can be broken up into smaller walks.

Contact your health care provider to discuss adding additional exercises into your routine. Always wear safe & comfortable shoes.
