We may be a few days late posting this… but our hearts are still so full from Saturday 💙

Our Autism Walk was more than just an event: it was a beautiful reminder of what community really looks like. People from all different places came together with one shared purpose: to support, to connect, and to celebrate.

To our team… the heart you bring into everything you do was felt in every moment of this event. The way you show up, not just for our clients but for the entire community, is something truly special. We are so grateful for each of you.

To the families who came out, whether you’re part of our clinic or not, thank you. Thank you for spending your time with us, for sharing space, for letting your kids run, laugh, and just be themselves in an environment filled with acceptance and joy.

To our vendors: your support, your presence, and your willingness to be part of something bigger made such an impact. You helped create an atmosphere that was welcoming, fun, and meaningful for everyone who attended.

This was a completely free community event, and what was created that day was something you can’t put a price on- connection, inclusion, and genuine joy.

We are so proud to be part of a community like this. Thank you for showing up, for supporting one another, and for making Saturday something we won’t forget 💙

✨ Meet the Team – Ome | Corpus Christi ✨

We’re excited to introduce Ome, one of our dedicated team members here at Transformative ABA! 💙

Before joining our team, Ome worked at another ABA agency (CARD) and gained experience supporting children in a variety of settings, including summer camps, children’s ministry, and babysitting. Her passion for working with kids shines through in everything she does.

Ome was drawn to ABA because she believes every child deserves equal opportunities to grow and succeed. She is passionate about helping each child reach their full potential and celebrates progress in every form—big or small.

What she loves most about working with kids? Their creativity, humor, and the fact that no two days are ever the same!

🌱 What she’s excited about:
Continuing to grow her skills and learning new ways to support each child’s unique needs with confidence and care.

🎉 Fun Facts About Ome:
• Born in Chicago, raised in Houston
• Roller derby player 🛼
• Loves painting, adventuring, and video games
• Favorite snacks: Cheez-Its & Sour Patch Kids (salty + sweet!)
• Enjoys watching The Summer I Turned Pretty & Violet Evergarden
• Prefers iced drinks 🧊

💙✨ Meet the Team: Allison Wyles, BCBA ✨💙

We are SO excited to welcome Allison to the Transformative ABA family, and trust us, you’re going to love her just as much as we do!

Allison brings both heart and experience to our team. She’s been a BCBA for 2 years, with 3 years prior as an RBT in home and clinic settings. Even before ABA, she was supporting children as a Certified Child Life Specialist in hospitals, so caring for kids and families has always been at the center of who she is.

💫 Why she does this work:
She proudly calls herself a “child development nerd” (our kind of people 🙌) and loves using the science of ABA to help kids grow, learn, and thrive. But what really stands out? The connections she builds.

🌱 Why she chose Transformative ABA:
For Allison, it’s all about real relationships and family-centered care. She values being part of a team that sees each child as more than a program and each family as a partner in the journey.

✨ What inspires her every day:
“The kids we work with inspire me to be a better BCBA.”
(And honestly… that says everything 💙)

🐾 A little more about Allison:
• Originally from Louisiana (and has lived all over!)
• Dog mom to two rescue pups, Daisy & Hazel
• Loves sewing + baking sourdough 🍞
• Always here for something salty & savory 😋
• Has TWO master’s degrees (!!)
• Iced chai latte > everything ☕
• Would go back to Iceland in a heartbeat 🇮🇸

We are so grateful to have Allison on our team and can’t wait for the impact she’s going to make in the lives of our kids and families.

💙 Help us give her a big Transformative ABA welcome! 💙

🎉 Meet the Team – Welcome Vanessa! 🎉

We are so excited to welcome Vanessa as our new Clinical Integrity Supervisor in Corpus Christi! 💙

She shares that what she loves most is seeing progress, watching children learn, and being a small part of their journey: which is exactly the kind of heart we value on our team.

✨ A little more about Vanessa:

Animal lover with quite the crew 🐶🦎🐢🐹
Loves reading and movies
Fun fact: She studied to become an ASL interpreter

There are moments that make you pause and truly take it in… and this is one of them. 💛

Over Spring Break, our Uvalde team spent time together laughing, connecting, and growing through team bonding and RBT trivia. At that very same time, our Corpus clinic was fully in action as well- training, serving, and pouring into the children and families who trust us every single day.

Two different settings.
One shared heart.

Because what makes Transformative ABA special isn’t just what we do. It’s how we do it.

It’s the patience shown in the smallest moments.
It’s the consistency our children rely on.
It’s the way our teams come together, support one another, and continue striving to be better for every child, every family, every day.

To the families who trust us with your children please know this:
They are cared for by a team that is deeply committed, constantly growing, and genuinely invested in your child’s progress and future. That is something we never take lightly.

And to our teams in Uvalde and Corpus… we are in awe of you. The culture you are building, the way you show up, and the heart you bring cannot be taught. It’s something you live out daily.

This is more than a workplace.
This is a mission, a team, and a culture built on purpose. This is Transformative ABA.

✨ Meet Our New Team Member at Uvalde Transformative ABA! ✨

We’re excited to introduce Meagen Lozano to our Uvalde, TX team!

Meagen brings valuable experience from Positive Behavior Supports Corporation in San Antonio, where she supported efforts to expand services across South Texas. She has worked as both an RBT and Student Analyst and is currently working toward becoming a BCBA, combining hands-on experience with a strong drive to grow in the field.

What fuels Meagen’s passion is seeing real progress in the lives of the children and families she serves: whether it’s a child learning their first words, building communication skills, or gaining independence through effective behavior plans. She loves celebrating every new milestone right alongside her clients.

Meagen is especially excited to collaborate with her peers, learning new approaches, sharing what she’s learned, and continuing to grow together to better serve our kids.

A little more about Meagen:
🐾 Dog lover with three pups in the mix (including Zeke, her 11-year-old rescue!)
📚 Enjoys podcasts (Smartless is a favorite), history, genealogy, puzzles, and relaxing with her dogs
🥤 Huge Dr Pepper fan with a love for salty and spicy snacks

Fun fact: Meagen is related to Rita Hayworth!

To Meagen, teamwork means showing up, supporting one another, and working toward a shared goal: giving 100% for the kids and families we serve.

We’re so excited to have Meagen on board as we continue growing together at Transformative ABA 💙

🎉 Big congratulations to Clay for passing his RBT exam! 🎉

Clay brings a unique background and a big heart to Transformative ABA. Before joining the field, he worked as an audio visual technician, installing everything from video walls to gym audio systems. His journey into ABA was deeply personal: as a parent of two kids with AuDHD, Clay was inspired to use his experiences to help other families while continuing to learn skills that support his own children. 💙

What he loves most about working with kids? That “having fun” is literally part of the job description! Seeing children reach milestones and supporting their families makes the work incredibly rewarding for him.

A few fun facts about Clay:
✨ Originally from Corpus Christi
🐾 Pet parent to Cosmo (a 5-month-old golden retriever), Phoenix (a 13-year-old African gray parrot), Rogue (a 4-year-old cat), and Brooks (a very resilient 3-year-old fish!)
🎮 Loves video games, art, and computers
🍣 Favorite food: sushi and spicy food
🏰 Fun fact: He once worked at Disney World in EPCOT
✈️ Dream destination: Japan

Clay says what inspires him daily is his kids, and his approach to teamwork is simple but powerful: treat others the way you want to be treated and always be there for your teammates. As his wife says, “If we all show a bit more kindness, the world would be a better place.”

We’re so proud to have Clay on our team and excited to watch him continue growing in the field of ABA and ASD support. 👏

Please join us in celebrating him and passing of his RBT exam! 🎉
