💙 Colorectal Cancer Prevention Month Reminder 💙

March is a great time to talk about colorectal cancer prevention. The good news is that colorectal cancer is one of the most preventable cancers when caught early through regular screenings.

Simple steps can make a big difference:
✔ Stay up to date with recommended screenings
✔ Eat a healthy, fiber-rich diet
✔ Stay active and maintain a healthy weight
✔ Avoid smoking and limit alcohol use

Screenings can detect problems early—often before symptoms even appear—when treatment is most effective.

Your health matters to us. Talk with your provider about when you should begin screening and what options are right for you.
