FALL FOOTWEAR: Winter is coming which means many of us will be pulling out our cold weather shoes and boots. Take a moment and inspect your footwear. If the soles or heels are worn unevenly, best to consider tossing these. As we age, our posture and activity requires a solid foundation and we can benefit from a new, well fitting shoe.
