Tonight’s class was focused on the Metal Element in Chinese Medicine. This is the Fall element. Each element has unique characteristics. The organs and energies related to the metal element are Lung and Large Intestine. We move and practice postures that opened the Lung and LI meridians as well as strengthened them. My students learned all about each channel and about acupressure points. Come learn how to move your body to free up space, move and release emotions and rest. Thursday evening class has a few spots open. DM me for details. In Uxbridge.

I am so excited to be part of a new organization to continue my education and training as a Trauma Recovery Practitioner. Each year we have a requirement to complete courses and keep our certification current. I love learning more to help my clients and tonight’s class was amazing! I look forward to continuing to serve my clients and work alongside them as they navigate their healing journeys.

I am so grateful I was led to Lovelight. I was able to get away on retreat last weekend and it was exactly what I needed. Restoration, connection, and deep shifts occurred. It is a bit challenging to describe, but everyone who experiences Lovelight healing, well, loves it!! My clients have experienced huge shifts as well. This modality works with the spirit level of healing through working with the light body and light centers, vs energy.
