Rella was built on family, community, and a shared love for caring for others.

Born and raised in Napa, Nurse Devyn and Dr. Wagner grew up here - and so did the values that shaped Rella. Healthcare has always been part of their story. Nurse Devyn blended her background in cosmetology and nursing to create natural, confidence boosting aesthetic results. Dr. Wagner combined his passion for helping people with medicine and business to build a practice rooted in trust, care, and innovation.

As Rella grew, bringing Nurse Devyn on as an injector wasn’t just a business decision - it was a full circle moment. A brother and sister supporting each other’s dream, AND siblings building something meaningful together.

This is why Rella exists.

To create a space that feels personal, thoughtful, and community driven.
