Extended Family Care L.L.C. - Solano County and Contra Costa County has been the most respected and trusted in-home care provider in the County. We are actively seeking Part-time and On-call CNA's/Caregivers and looking to fill AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! Please submit a resume with your application.
Job Duties, Services, and Procedures:
Assist with Toileting
Skincare to maintain the health of the skin
Range of motion (ROM) and muscle strengthening exercises to maintain an optimal level of functioning
Transfers and ambulation
Bathing, grooming and hair washing necessary for personal hygiene
Turning and position of the client(s)
Assistance with medication
Dressing or un******ng of the client(s)
Assistance with eating, meal preparation, and grocery shopping
Accompanying to medical appointments
Assisting, monitoring or prompting, Redirection, monitoring, and observation that are an integral part of a personal care plan
Incidental household services that are an integral part of a personal care plan
Appropriate reporting of changes in client status
Monitoring behavior including observation

Requirements/Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED (Preferred but not required)
Must be at least 18 years old
Negative TB test, pass a criminal background check and drug test
Home Care Aide License no./ CNA license
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
