Message from the doctor:
Thank you, thank you, to all the thousands of patients and loyal friends who have entrusted their healthcare to me over the years. I appreciate and love you all. As indicated now on this website, I am no longer accepting new patients. But not only that, as of April 30, 2023,I will no longer being accepting any patients. I am moving on to my new career, in the state of Missouri, where I have purchased a 70-acre property where I will be starting and operating a rescue ranch for wild Mustang horses that have been captured by the BLM (Bureau of Land Management). I currently have an adopted Mustang horse here in Vacaville for the last few years that I have been working with. I grew up on a family farm in northeastern Nebraska, where I also grew up with a couple of horses and started riding at the age of 6. I guess you could say I am sort of going back to my roots.
Acupuncture and Traditional Oriental Medicine is indeed very powerful and effective. I have loved and enjoyed helping so many people. Now the universe is telling me to help the horses. I love California, but I can’t operate the haven for these beautiful, free creatures here on only 5 acres and I can’t afford the kind of facility that this enterprise really needs here in California, that is why I found affordable land and barn in the Midwest.
You need to keep acupuncture and Oriental medicine in your life. There are many good practitioners, although we still need many more, but keep both Eastern and Western medicine. We need both in our healthcare system.
You may never truly know how much I appreciate all of my Vacaville, Fairfield, Dixon, Winters, Davis, Sacramento, even Bay Area patients whom I consider friends. Also, I will be doing cooking classes and maybe herbal consultations in the future from Missouri, online. But nutrition and cooking classes for sure, after I get settled in Missouri, probably by fall of 2023.
