Positive Parenting group
For parents with teens
Positive parenting is an effective approach to raising teenagers The challenge is to provide a home environment that guides and supports teens as they strive to become independent, well-adjusted young adults. This means finding ways to deal with conflict that may occur when the views of parent and teen differ The effort required, though sometimes difficult, can lead to a closer more rewarding relationship between teen and parent. Strategies will be shared and ideas discussed.

The Triple P-Positive Parenting Program (Triple P) aims to help make the task of parenting easier and more rewarding. Co-Parenting group offers suggestions and Ideas on positive parenting to help promote your child’s development, look after yourself as a parent and manage the stresses and demands of co-parenting. This group is appropriate to attend alone or with those who are also parenting your child.

We will share why, kids do what they do, share parenting strategies and discuss ideas on how to use positive parenting.
