There is a single moment each spring when the light and dark stand perfectly equal — neither pulling ahead, neither falling behind. The spring equinox is that threshold. It’s the breath between seasons: winter finally releasing its grip, and something new beginning to stir.
This workshop is an invitation to meet that moment intentionally.
Over two unhurried hours, we’ll move through guided meditation, embodied movement, and a hands-on creative activity — each one designed to help you arrive more fully in your body, release what the colder months have been holding, and plant a clear intention for the season ahead.
What to expect:
We open in a grounding circle, where you’ll be invited to name what you’re ready to let go of and what you’re hoping to grow. From there, a guided visualization will take you inward — into the quiet, waiting place where seeds rest before they rise. The movement sequence that follows mirrors that same journey: we begin close to the earth and slowly wake the body upward, closing with open, joyful free movement.
We close with a simple, meaningful creative activity that gives your intentions a physical home — something beautiful to take with you and return to throughout the season.
This workshop is for you if:
∙ You’re feeling the pull of a new season but aren’t sure what you’re stepping into
∙ You want to mark the equinox in a meaningful, embodied way
∙ You’re craving community, stillness, and a little creativity
∙ You’ve never done anything like this before (truly — all are welcome)
No yoga experience, meditation background, or artistic ability required. Just show up as you are.
