LEARN PROPER LIFTING TECHNIQUE
to help you reach your fitness goals!

My open times are as follows:
M/T/Th/F – 8:30am, 1pm
W – 12pm, 5pm

These can be done in 30 min or 60 min sessions
1st come 1st serve!

60 minute session – $150
