Desert Zen Yoga School Desert Zen Yoga School is owned and operated by Lori Fitzpatrick, owner of the former Desert Zen Yoga Studio.

We currently meet at the Vail Chamber of Commerce building. Beginning in February we will be offering classes Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings. Unfortunately I am having back issues and cannot teach Dynamic Yoga for awhile. Tuesdays will now be Stretch and Meditate with a theme of Chakras. This class combines yin, stretching and myofascial release and ends with meditation. If you booked Dynamic Yoga and want to cancel please contact me for a refund. Thank you for understanding.

Our Story

Desert Zen Yoga is your neighborhood yoga studio. As yogi’s we recognized the need for a studio close to Rita Ranch and Vail and with that, Desert Zen Yoga was born. But we are more than a studio, we are a place for you to find community, comfort, healing, peace and well-being for your mind and body. The studio has become a place to laugh and learn, all while making lasting friendships. If you are new to yoga we are excited that you’ve chosen to start your journey with us.

Please note the lobby is not staffed until 15 minutes before class. To keep costs low, the teachers check in their own classes and we don't employ a receptionist. Thank you for understanding.
