Ongoing education isn’t just a box to check at Compass, it’s a core part of how we uphold the quality, integrity, and compassion our clients deserve.
Through quarterly RBT training sessions and free CEU opportunities, we invest in our team so they can continue providing ethical, effective, and client-centered services. This winter, our training highlighted two critical topics: the role of treatment integrity in producing meaningful progress and the responsibility we have to protect and honor client dignity in all environments.
These discussions help strengthen our collective practice, remind us why our work matters, and ensure that every member of our team is aligned with our mission.
After a meaningful evening of learning and discussion, we shifted gears and embraced the holiday spirit with a gingerbread house–building team activity. Between frosting-covered hands, creative designs, and plenty of laughs, it was the perfect way to end the night and connect as a team. ❄️💙
