Partnership Health Center

Partnership Health Center Partnership Health Center is a charitable clinic that provides primary and urgent care for uninsured Saturday and Sunday 1:00 - 5:00.

The Partnership for Health had its beginnings in October 1996 when a small group of local business and health care leaders met to discuss organizing a local partnership that would address the changing health care needs of Lowndes County. As a result, this group developed into a non-profit corporation originally named the Lowndes County Partnership for Health, which was changed to Partnership Health Center in 2018 due to expanding nature of its program service area to surrounding counties. Since its inception the Partnership Health Center has sought to create community partnerships that address the health care needs of Lowndes County and the surrounding area. Its mission is to deliver medical and dental care to South Georgia's uninsured. The Partnership Health Center is open Monday thru Thursday from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm and Friday 8:00 am - 8:00 pm.

We recently had the most adorable surprise visitors at our Griffin Clinic! Board Member, Matt Bethel, stopped by with his wonderful kids, Elliott and Charlotte, who had just held a lemonade stand at The Medicine Shoppe , all to raise money for the John Sparks Patient Assistance Fund. Their reason? To “help people get their medicine.”.
Our hearts are overflowing! Thank you, Elliott and Charlotte, for reminding us that compassion has no age limit and for spreading sunshine to our patients and team alike.

Partnership Health Center had its beginnings in October 1996 when a small group of local business and healthcare leaders met to discuss organizing a local partnership that would address the changing healthcare needs of Lowndes County. As a result, this group developed into a non-profit corporation originally named the Lowndes County Partnership for Health, which was changed to Partnership Health Center in 2018. Partnership Health Center is a primary care clinic for the uninsured, dedicated to providing phenomenal and comprehensive care to its patients. Open 7 days per week to serve the community, PHC hours of operations are as follows:


  • Monday thru Thursday 8:30 am - 8:30 pm

  • Friday 8:30 am- 6:00 pm.
