Partnership Health Center is a charitable clinic that provides primary and urgent care for uninsured Saturday and Sunday 1:00 - 5:00.
The Partnership for Health had its beginnings in October 1996 when a small group of local business and health care leaders met to discuss organizing a local partnership that would address the changing health care needs of Lowndes County. As a result, this group developed into a non-profit corporation originally named the Lowndes County Partnership for Health, which was changed to Partnership Health Center in 2018 due to expanding nature of its program service area to surrounding counties. Since its inception the Partnership Health Center has sought to create community partnerships that address the health care needs of Lowndes County and the surrounding area. Its mission is to deliver medical and dental care to South Georgia's uninsured. The Partnership Health Center is open Monday thru Thursday from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm and Friday 8:00 am - 8:00 pm.

Happy 3-year Anniversary to Nesi Moore!
She truly has a heart of gold and brings so much positivity to our team. From creating fun monthly staff quizzes to designing our beloved mascot, Coco (yes, she drew him herself!) her creativity and dedication make PHC a better place every day.
We are so grateful for you!

It’s always valuable, and truly enjoyable, to gather with fellow local nonprofits to learn together.
Britt Eben, Director of Development, had a great day representing PHC at the South Georgia Nonprofit Network - SGNN Conference, hosted at Second Harvest of South Georgia, Inc. Thank you to SGNN for putting together such a wonderful event!
A special thank you to Frank Richards for the tour of your impressive new facility, and to Natalie Wyatt from South Georgia House of Hope for sharing your photos. Much appreciated!

Our clinic is here because compassion matters. At just a fraction of the cost of traditional care, we make sure our uninsured neighbors still receive dignity, healing, and hope - without having to choose between groceries for their family or the medical care they need. If you are uninsured or know of a neighbor in need, visit https://phcvaldosta.org/patient-info to become part of our clinic’s care circle today.

Our clinic, part of the Georgia Charitable Care Network, is now part of a statewide “Compassion Heals” marketing campaign! With branding on billboards, radio ads, and digital marketing, we are working to raise awareness about the need to bridge a critical gap in healthcare for the more than 1.2 million Georgians who lack health insurance. The GCCN's network of free and charitable clinics restores dignity, compassion, and fairness to the healthcare experience by treating every patient as a person of worth. We’re excited to share that Partnership Health Center has received a $20,000 grant from the Georgia Charitable Care Network provided by Kaiser Permanente, to expand our Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) Program!
RPM helps patients manage chronic conditions like diabetes and high blood pressure, through regular telehealth check-ins and closer connection to their care team.
Thanks to previous funding, 56% of RPM patients achieved significant A1C reductions, with an average 10% decrease. This new grant will enhance patient education and strengthen data collection as the program grows.
We’re proud of our Telehealth team, led by Jacqueline Pospisal, PA-C, and Megan Hoover, NP, for their continued commitment to innovative, patient-centered care.
