Established in 1999 by Dr. Bridgett Moore, the center is located in a completely renovated historic home. Our on site surgery center addition maintained the same outward appearance, while creating a comfortable clinical setting for surgery on the inside. Dr. Moore and her staff know plastic surgery affects the outward, physical person – but the inward person is also of primary concern. Answering your questions, talking with you about your medical history, exploring your needs and expectations regarding plastic surgery – all in an accepting atmosphere – is our goal. In 2003 Azalea Surgery Center, LLC, an affiliate, opened a state-of-the-art surgical suite in a comfortable, personalized setting within the same building as Azalea Center for Plastic Surgery, P.C. The surgical suite is certified by the State of Georgia and the Federal Medicare program. operates on patients on-site at Azalea Surgery Center, LLC. Dr. Moore also is a member of the medical staffs of South Georgia Medical Center and Smith Northview Hospital in Valdosta, Georgia and operates on patients at these hospitals on a regular basis.
