What is a CCMA?
A Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) is the versatile backbone of the medical office. As a CCMA, you are trained to bridge the gap between patients and doctors by performing both clinical and administrative duties:

• 📋 Administrative: Managing patient records and coordinating care.

Our four-week program is designed to fit your lifestyle while preparing you for success in healthcare. You’ll gain practical experience, confidence, and guidance every step of the way—because we don’t just train CNAs, we build future healthcare professionals.

For those of you who have been scammed, misled, or earned a certificate or certification that is not accepted in your area, I want to sincerely say that I am deeply sorry you experienced that. No one deserves to invest their time and money only to find out later that it doesn’t count.

That said, this is where research becomes essential. It is absolutely okay—and encouraged—to contact employers before enrolling and ask:
• What certifications do you accept?
• What credentials are required for employment?
• What would I need to be eligible to work with you?

Doing this ahead of time helps you make informed decisions and choose the school that truly fits your goals.

Additionally, always make sure:
• Your school is registered with GNPEC
• The school is properly accredited
• The program offers the certification you actually need
• You verify everything before submitting payment

Again, I truly empathize with those who have gone through this. I understand the frustration and disappointment that comes with it. However, my pricing remains what it is, as it reflects the value, compliance, and legitimacy of the training provided.
