The postpartum season isn’t about “bouncing back.” It’s about restoring alignment, regulating the nervous system, and rebuilding capacity after pregnancy and birth.

🌀 Postpartum chiropractic care supports both alignment and nervous system regulation.

After months of postural changes, pelvic load, ligament laxity, and the physical intensity of birth, the postpartum body is often mechanically stressed and neurologically overwhelmed.

Chiropractic care helps:
• Restore balance to the pelvis and spine
• Reduce tension patterns held in the body
• Improve posture for feeding and carrying your baby
• Support clearer communication between the brain and body
