I’ve had a great experience this weekend at the UK Hypnosis Convention, probably the best one yet. The sessions have been very informative and last night’s entertainment with my good friend the amazing Jason Simmons was hilarious and a great display of hypnotic talent. Made some new friends and reconnected with old ones, but the best part was being able to connect with the other BLAST Trainers. Very grateful for the opportunity to be here and have this awesome experience!

BLAST Technique® Training!

Imagine you had a technique that you would use with 70% to 80% of your clients that would heal their trauma in minutes rather than sessions. Would you use it? Bi-Lateral Analysis Stimulation Technique, or BLAST®, is what we believe to be a highly efficient, effective and kindest treatment for trauma, PTSD and Complex PTSD. BLAST®. It was developed in 2008 by Nick Davies in Warwickshire, UK, who managed to speed up the process and efficacy of trauma treatment for an all-around better experience for the client and the therapist. BLAST® has also been highly effective in the treatment of phobias, anxiety, medical trauma, relationship breakups, intimidation from bullying, guilt, shame, cravings, bereavement, and more. Since its inception BLAST® has helped bring relief to suffering individuals without being intrusive or causing more distress through the repeated re-living of traumatic experiences. (This is not exposure therapy!)

When: Saturday, June 14, 2025, and Sunday, June 15, 2025
Time: 9:30AM to 5:00PM

This training will be limited to a small group (no more than 12) to ensure maximum support and optimum practice and observation. Places will be allocated by application process only.
Only qualified and currently practicing licensed/certified practitioners (professional social workers, clinical therapists, psychologists, counselors, doctors, hypnotherapists and trauma-informed practitioners, etc.) should apply.

Once you have successfully completed the training, you will be fully supported in your practice with:
• Further training in other BLAST Technique® protocols (such as treating: Depression, Grief and Addictions) and
• Membership in a closed Facebook group of qualified BLAST® Practitioners. Here you can get support, opportunities to practice, share your progress, and have your queries answered.
• You will also have access to a wealth of videos and resources (from the creator of BLAST® -Nick Davies) to help you feel confident with using the BLAST Technique®.

BLAST is on fire in South Georgia! Just completed another BLAST Training and Refresher Training in Valdosta this weekend, hosted by Enspire Counseling and Wellness Center. Leah McMillan, Marty Giddings, Susan Bradshaw, Allison Owen and Megan Black received the updated training, and Amy Wells, Lauren Darby and Deanna Folsom were trained in BLAST for the first time. I’m excited to welcome them to our BLAST community!
