According to a LinkedIn survey, the Sunday scaries are experienced by roughly 75% of working adults, often leading to a Monday full of dread and anxiety. It can feel like a daunting cloud hovering over you, taking away from the short weekend many Americans get. ⛈️

Though many of the factors leading to the Sunday scaries are difficult to avoid— financial instability, increased workloads, economic uncertainty, workplace stress, etc— it IS possible to empower yourself and find things that work for you to manage this experience.
