When you have an accident, you might be tempted to ice your injury, take NSAIDS, and not move the injury. Well ice is only good for pain for 10 minutes, nothing more. It reduces blood flow and prolongs the injury. Taking NSAIDS with a broken bone has clinical test that show that it also increases the time that the bone will heal. Resting the injury and have gentle motion around the surrounding joints will help decrease pain, improve blood flow, and reduce stiffness around the other joints. This broken finger was healed in less than 10 days with Pain Balm, CBD, and daily/ almost daily needling sessions.
