To our valued New U Therapy Center & Family Services Community 💚

We want to let you know about an important upcoming change to insurance coverage in California. Beginning January 1, 2026, Magellan Health will no longer operate in California. Mental health services that were previously managed by Magellan will now be handled by Blue Shield of California.

If you currently have Magellan coverage, you’ll need to update your information with your new Blue Shield insurance plan. Please make sure to confirm that your current provider is in-network under your new Blue Shield plan, as some clinicians may not be covered.

To avoid any confusion or disruption in care, we encourage you to reach out to our front desk with any questions. Our team is happy to help you through this transition.

We’re deeply thankful for every individual and family who trusts us with their care. That trust means everything to us, and it continues to push us to show up with compassion, clarity, and heart.
