Today, our Safe Options Support (SOS) Team partnered with the Yonkers Business Improvement District and the Yonkers Police Department to locate and assist unsheltered individuals throughout the community.

Through collaboration and compassion, we’re working together to ensure that those in need are connected with vital resources and support.

We’re proud to be part of the Hudson Valley Community Care (HVCC) Social Care Network, which works to connect people with the care and resources they need to thrive.

Eligible Medicaid members may be able to access FREE support managing their medical and behavioral health needs, appointments, and essential social services like food and housing assistance.
