Did you know that the Center for Disaster Medicine has received funding from the NYS Department of Education to provide all or part of our School Preparedness Program??? Piloted in the Fall of 2022, the Center provided CPR/AED, STOP THE BLEED, Opioid Overdose Prevention, and Incident Command training to the City of Yonkers School District. Since then, school districts throughout Westchester County have taken advantage of this state-funded opportunity. We have added De-escalation Education to our suite of offerings.
