Our recent Blue Light Santa - Good Night Lights celebration, featuring Blue Santa and his team of first responder merry-makers, was just one of many special ways we shared comfort and holiday cheer this season. From toy drives to fundraising events, to a balloon parade, a Winter Wonderland celebration, and so much more, we spread joy and kindness at all our hospitals and in the communities we serve.

✨ Holiday magic lit up the night at Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital and Westchester Medical Center✨

Blue Santa and a convoy of local police and emergency service vehicles surrounded the hospital for the annual Good Night Lights celebration, filling the evening with flashing lights, festive music, and tons of holiday spirit! Children inside waved back with lights of their own, creating a powerful moment of joy, hope, and community for patients, families, and staff.

This heartwarming tradition once again reminded us that even during the toughest times, the holiday spirit shines bright. 💙🎄🚓

Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital is celebrating its 21st Annual Holiday Toy Drive, bringing joy to young patients and their families during the holidays and beyond.

💙 Maria Fareri Children's Hospital Makes a Difference! 💙

Maria Fareri Children's Hospital, a member of WMCHealth, recently completed an employee-driven Fall Food Drive, and we’re excited to share the impact it made right here in our community.

Thanks to the generosity of our Maria Fareri Children's Hospital team, we helped contribute to the 1,500+ food items collected across the WMCHealth network to support individuals and families facing food insecurity.

This November, employees at Maria Fareri Children's Hospital donated non-perishable foods and essential supplies. All contributions from our hospital were delivered to Feeding Westchester, supporting their vital work in providing resources, dignity, and hope to local families.

This effort reflects our ongoing commitment to caring for our Hudson Valley neighbors, both inside our hospital and throughout the community.

A heartfelt thank-you to every team member who helped make a difference! 💙🙏

This week, children at Maria Fareri Children's Hospital experienced a heartwarming surprise. Unable to attend New York's iconic Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, young patients enjoyed a mini parade right in the hospital, thanks to the generosity of a local family and the and support of Grant Tragni.

Colorful balloons and familiar parade characters filled the hospital's halls, bringing smiles to the faces of children and their families. This special event provided a much-needed dose of holiday magic and joy.

Thank you to all who came out to celebrate the start of Westchester Parks Foundation 's Westchester's Winter Wonderland with us! Piper, seen here with her mother Heather and our own Dr. Erika Berman Rosenzweig, Physician-in-Chief, participated in a tree-lighting ceremony and met some very special new friends.

Piper has been in and out of Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital since she was 21 months old due to a condition called Gastroparesis.
