John’s been working hard, traveling a lot, and hasn’t had time for his usual Pilates and stretching.
And his body? Let’s just say it made sure he noticed.

We started with tight shoulders and limited mobility — the kind that builds up slowly until everyday movement feels off. This pec minor work was step one in getting him open again. Restoring that range. Reconnecting him to ease.

Real life gets busy. But your body doesn’t forget.

I knew it had been a minute since I worked on John… but whew 😅 I wasn’t expecting him to be this tight!

The plan was to show y’all some techniques — but this video? Not even a technique. Just me trying to open up his chest with a pec stretch… and we both cracked up when nothing moved.

👉🏽 When you work 60 hours a week, hop on planes, and skip your stretch — just know, your body keeps receipts. John out here living the “tight shoulders, tight schedule” life. Don’t be like John.

We’ve got some work to do — and yes, I’ll post the follow-ups once we get him opened up. Stay tuned. 💜

🎙️“Y’all… I get so hype when I see folks investing in women’s sports!”

I’ve worked with so many young athletes — especially football players — whose families go all in to support their training and recovery. But recently, I started working with a softball player whose parents are doing the same. And let me tell you — we’ve been putting in work on that pitching arm 💪🏽🔥
