Base Camp Physical Therapy - Valley Center Valley Center’s experts in movement, performance, recovery, and wellness. We also provide sports performance training, injury prevention and wellness sessions.

Base Camp Physical Therapy is locally owned and operated by Doctors of Physical Therapy, Ryan and Kimi Martineau. We provide one-on-one physical therapy services for orthopedic injuries, sports injuries, and chronic conditions. Our mission is to serve the Valley Center community with physical therapy and rehabilitative services that are founded on selfless devotion to our craft, eagerness to improve quality of life and daily function, and commitment to individualized, high quality care.

REHAB FOR POST-OP LABRAL REPAIR 📈

Our athlete came to us following a surgical repair to his right labrum following shoulder dislocation. 🚨

Recently, we have been progressing into the sport return phase of his recovery. Although this process can take several months, it is important to start building the foundation steadily! 🔑

Looking forward to seeing him back on the pitching mound at the next level! 🔥

Our newest addition was born on May 21! Baby and his parents are healthy and happy.

Ryan plans on returning to work on June 9. We appreciate your support and flexibility as we try to find the right balance between work life and life with our precious boy.
