When someone hurts us, the sting can feel like a tear in the fabric of our peace. It lands not just in our heart, but in our very spirit—a sudden, heavy reminder of our sensitivity. In that raw, open moment, the veil between the human and the soul feels thin, and a sacred choice is presented.

I’ve come to see these moments not as random wounds, but as profound soul assignments. We can, understandably, let the pain crystallize into a shield of resentment. Or, we can pause, breathe deeply into the ache, and turn inward to ask our highest Self: "Sacred lesson, what are you here to reveal?"

This is not spiritual bypassing; it is sacred alchemy. The hurt becomes the fire. Perhaps it’s burning away an old pattern of self-abandonment you agreed to release in this lifetime. Perhaps it’s illuminating a boundary that honors the holy temple of your being. Or maybe it’s awakening a forgotten memory of your own divine worth, a diamond of self-respect waiting to be reclaimed from the dust.

Choosing this path doesn’t mean the hurt didn’t matter. It means you are a conscious co-creator with the Universe, refusing to let a dense experience lower your vibration. Instead, you allow it to hollow you out—not to leave you empty, but to create a greater vessel for Grace, for inner light, and for a compassion that understands the shadows in others because you’ve met your own.

With time and mindful presence, the hurt is transmuted. It becomes a guru, a wise but stern teacher on your path. You begin to stand in the unshakable truth of your soul, not just your personality. You move through the world with more presence, anchored in the awareness that you are a spiritual being having a human experience. You love from a source that is infinite and unconditional, not from a well that can run dry.

And you come to a breathtaking realization: the experience didn’t dim your light. It polished it. It didn’t take a thing from your eternal essence—it initiated you into a deeper understanding of the love, strength, and wisdom you carry within.

If this journey of sacred alchemy calls to your spirit, and you feel the soul-deep yearning for a tribe to witness and support your awakening, you are not alone. I am gathering a circle of beautiful souls to begin meeting in the new year. This will be a sanctuary for the heart and spirit, a space to explore these truths and remember who we truly are. All paths are honored here. If your soul is nodding, please reach out. Follow the whisper.

I can’t wait to connect and walk this path of remembrance with you.

With Love,
Susie

My friends,
Alchemy is the ancient art of transformation… turning something ordinary into gold. When we practice true gratitude, we’re performing the same sacred act on an energetic level. Gratitude doesn’t just notice blessings; it transmutes energy. It takes heaviness, disappointment, or fear and refines them into wisdom, compassion, and peace. It shifts us from lack to abundance, from resistance to flow, from pain to purpose.

Every time you choose to say thank you... even for the things that didn’t go as planned... you are reclaiming your power as a conscious creator. You’re saying to the Universe, “I trust the process. I choose to see the gift even here.” That single choice changes the vibration of everything around you. It opens the channels for light to enter places that once felt dark. It calls miracles into motion.

This is the quiet magic that changes all it touches - the gentle force that transforms pain into wisdom, endings into new paths, and simple days into sacred moments. When you find the courage to bless what once broke you, you step into your role as alchemist. You learn to transmute the weight of sorrow into lightness of being, the fog of confusion into clear understanding, and the grip of fear into unwavering trust. Each "thank you" spoken into life's chaos becomes an act of grace, a testament to the loving intelligence that works through all things, transforming every experience into its highest form.

This month, I challenge you to a new practice: move the gratitude from your head to your heart, and then to your hands. Don't just mentally note your blessings; feel the warmth of them in your chest, and let that feeling inspire how you move through your day. Recognize this supportive energy not as an abstract concept, but as a tangible force that guides you, provides for you, and connects you in both obvious and subtle ways.

Gratitude isn’t just appreciation; it’s a living frequency of transformation and healing that turns everyday moments into miracles.

With all my love and gratitude,
Susie

A client recently shared a profound experience with me, and I found it so fascinating I wanted to share it with all of you. Her story invites a powerful perspective on consciousness and identity.

She was in a neurosurgery clinic in New Delhi, back in 2011, undergoing a delicate procedure to remove a brain tumor. After the anesthesia took effect, something extraordinary happened.

First, she had what many would describe as a classic near-death experience. She felt herself floating above the operating table, observing the surgeons at work. Later, she could recall specific instruments, precise surgical movements, and conversations—details her unconscious mind should have had no way of registering.

But that was only the beginning.

After several minutes, her awareness seemed to travel even further—far beyond that room, to another time and another life. She found herself in a Native American village in what is now Argentina, in the year 1198, centuries before European contact.

In this vision, she wasn't just a spectator; she was there, living a different existence. She experienced it with remarkable clarity: the way clothes were woven, the layout of the dwellings, daily rituals, medicinal plants, songs, and even the faces of the people.

After her recovery, she shared these detailed recollections. Intrigued researchers looked into it and found that her descriptions aligned perfectly with archaeological evidence—the weaving techniques, village organization, and medicinal practices. The compelling part? My client had never been to Argentina, nor did she have any background in pre-Columbian archaeology. There was no rational explanation for her knowing these specific, historical details.

I share this not as definitive proof of anything, but as a powerful concept to reflect on. It invites us to step back from our immediate lives and the fixed identity we call "me." It suggests that this life may not be a final destination, but rather a kind of initiation—a single stage in a much longer journey of spiritual growth.

We are here to learn, to experience, and to evolve. When we find our ego clinging tightly to fears, judgments, or small victories and defeats, it can help to remember my client on the operating table, her consciousness journeying through the ages.

It’s a humble reminder that the essence of who we are may be far vaster and more traveled than we typically realize. You do not need a surgical procedure to access this depth of understanding. Through a Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) session, you can safely and profoundly explore your own past lives and the vast landscape of your soul's journey, uncovering the wisdom that is already within you. Contact me so we can set up your session today.

WHEN WE CANT GET OUT OF OUR HEADS

It’s so easy to get stuck in our heads on a spiritual journey. We collect wisdom from books and podcasts, but if that knowledge isn't felt in the body, it remains abstract—like a cloud without an anchor. Real transformation happens only when we embody the truth.

I see this often in my Naturopathic and QHHT practice. Clients sometimes feel they "struggled" because they couldn't find the words to describe their experience. But this isn't a failure; it's because the journey speaks the language of sensation and energy, not the intellect's need to explain. The mind simply can't translate the body's deep wisdom.

When we're ungrounded like this, our energy feels open and vulnerable. We can become anxious or reactive because we've lost touch with the subtle shifts in our own vibration. We can't change what we can't feel.

The powerful shift comes when we root ourselves in the body. This is what turns spiritual concepts into lived reality. Grounding gives wisdom its weight. You start to notice the body's whispers—a tightness in the stomach, a flutter in the chest. These physical sensations become your inner compass, guiding you toward what is true for you.

From this grounded place, you find true empowerment. You're not just thinking about holding a high vibration; you are it. When truth is anchored in your cells, lower frequencies don't stick the same way—they pass through you, like wind around a mountain.

So, the next time you're trying to "figure out" your inner world, pause. Take a breath and drop your awareness into your body. Ask yourself: "What am I feeling right now, even without words?" Listen to that wordless language. The real healing isn't in the perfect explanation; it's in the feelings you allow and anchor within. That's where your power lies.

A Journey Unfolding

I’ve come to feel that life has a gentle way of nudging us toward something deeper. Beneath the busyness of our days, the masks we wear, and the fears we carry, there’s a quiet truth I keep returning to: we are so much more than we think we are. I believe that at the very core of every one of us lives our Higher Self—our purest essence, and our direct connection to the Divine.

This Higher Self isn’t some far-off idea reserved for mystics. It’s the truest part of you, always here, always waiting for a little space to be heard and lived through you. What I’ve learned is that our ego—that collection of roles, fears, and desires—really likes to run the show. It whispers that we’re separate, small, or not enough. But when we start to see through those stories, something miraculous happens: our Higher Self begins to flow through our human experience more fully.

For me, this journey has never been about gaining something new. It’s been about peeling away the layers that hide what’s already, and always, been there. It’s the slow, deliberate work of releasing selfish habits, loosening the grip of old conditioning, and softening the walls that make us feel separate from God, from each other, and even from ourselves. Every single time I choose love over fear, compassion over judgment, or truth over illusion, I feel like I’m making more room for my Higher Self to lead.

A Glimpse of My Own Path

I want to share a little of my own story with you.

When I first stepped onto this path about 40 years ago, I was tangled up in fear, doubt, and desires that were all about filling a void. I knew, somewhere deep down, that there was more to life, but I couldn’t quite touch it. Through meditation, quiet self-reflection, letting go of distractions, and small acts of service, I slowly began to chip away at the layers that kept me feeling disconnected.

The changes were subtle at first—a moment of peace here, a little less reactivity there. But then, about 25 years ago, something quickened inside me. The voice of my Higher Self, which had always been there, grew clearer and stronger. I began to feel guided in ways I couldn’t explain, and I noticed my choices started flowing more naturally from a place of love, not fear. My journey is far from over, but now I walk with the profound knowing that I am hand-in-hand with my Higher Self. And that awareness, alone, changes everything.

The Courage to Walk This Path

Here’s the honest truth from my heart to yours: this path isn’t always easy. It asks you to look at your shadows—the parts of yourself you’d rather keep hidden. It requires the courage to admit where your ego is still running the show. And it takes humility to surrender to a wisdom far greater than what your mind can grasp.

But I can tell you this: with every layer you release, the rewards multiply. You’ll start to notice synchronicities, feel a deeper compassion for others, and experience a freedom that doesn’t depend on your external circumstances. You realize you’re not just moving through life—you’re becoming a living expression of love, light, and divine wisdom.

An Ongoing Unfolding

The most beautiful part, I find, is that there is no finish line. Embodying your Higher Self isn’t a destination where you finally arrive and say, “I’ve made it.” It’s a continual unfolding, moment by moment. With every choice to listen within, every act of kindness, every surrender of fear, you invite your Higher Self to express more fully through you.

And as more of us choose this path, something even greater happens. We don’t just change ourselves—we ripple that love and wisdom out into the world, reminding others of who they truly are, too.

So if you’ve ever wondered about your purpose, maybe it’s simpler than you think. It’s not about becoming someone new. It’s about remembering, and finally embodying, the divine essence that has always been within you.

Take it one step, one breath, one choice at a time. Your Higher Self is already here—waiting for you to live it.

🌟 If you feel called to deepen this journey, I am here to walk with you. I offer QHHT sessions and shadow/inner child coaching designed to help you gently uncover the blocks that keep you from fully embodying your magnificent Self. Together, we can create the space for your own inner wisdom to guide the way. Please reach out if you’re ready to explore what’s waiting for you.

In love and truth,

09/29/2025

Here’s something I’ve been realizing more and more: it’s so easy for all our spiritual learning to just stay up here, in our heads.

We can read all the books, listen to all the teachers, and fill our minds with beautiful concepts. It feels like we're growing, and in a way we are. But I’ve found that if that knowledge doesn't sink down into my body—if I don't feel it—it's like a cloud that just floats by. It doesn't actually change me.

I see this show up in QHHT all the time. Someone will finish a session and say, "I feel like I struggled to get it out," or "I can't explain what happened." And what I often see is that it wasn't a lack of experience—it was because a part of them was still in their head, trying to narrate and analyze a process that is meant to be felt. They sometimes worry they did it "wrong" because they can't find the perfect words. But the work doesn't speak the language of the mind. It speaks through sensations, through quiet knowings, and through shifts in energy that words can't quite capture.

When I'm not grounded in my own body, I feel my energy is just... everywhere. It leaves me feeling anxious, easily knocked off-center, and overwhelmed by things that normally wouldn't phase me. I'm cut off from the subtle signals telling me my energy is dipping. And if I can't feel it, I can't do anything about it. It’s the cost of being disconnected.

But the real shift—the magic—happens when I consciously drop down out of my thoughts and into the physical reality of my body. When a spiritual idea stops being a concept and becomes a reality I can sense. That’s when wisdom gets its weight. It lets me notice the little things: a clench in my jaw, a quickening in my pulse, a sudden sense of calm. Those are my real guides. They tell me everything I need to know about my energy in that moment, and they hand the power of choice back to me.

In that grounded space, I'm not trying to hold a high vibration; I simply am it. It’s a state of being. And when you're there, rooted like a mountain, the lower, heavier frequencies that come along don't stick. They just blow past you.

That, to me, is the ultimate goal of all this: to not just know the map, but to actually walk the land. To feel the path under your feet so surely that the storms around you can't really touch the peace within you.

So if you ever have a session and feel you didn't "say enough," please know this: your healing wasn't in the words. It was in the silence, in the feelings, in the shifts that anchored themselves deep inside you, whether you could name them or not.

✨ Something to Try

Next time you notice yourself spiraling into your head, trying to "understand" a feeling, just pause. Take a gentle breath and feel your feet on the floor. Ask yourself: What's here, beneath the words? Listen to your body's quiet hum. It always knows the way.

When the Seasons Change, So Do We

There is a hush in the air when the first leaf turns gold, when the frost glimmers across the grass, or when the tender green of spring pushes its way through the soil. Each shift of the seasons carries a message, a reminder that nothing stays the same. The Earth is alive, cycling, breathing, transforming—and so are we.

We, like the Earth, are cyclical beings. There are seasons when we blossom, seasons when we shine, seasons when we let go, and seasons when we retreat into stillness. Each one has its purpose. Each one is necessary.

Spiritually, the seasons act as mirrors, reflecting the inner landscapes of our souls. They invite us to notice the rhythm of our lives and honor the truth that change is not only natural, it is sacred.

Spring comes as a gentle awakening. The light returns, and so do our dreams. Seeds long held in the fertile soil of our being begin to stir. Spiritually, this is the time of renewal, of daring to plant intentions that can blossom into new expressions of our soul’s purpose. It asks us to trust the promise of growth, even when it is only a little sprout breaking through the darkness.

Summer arrives in fullness, reminding us of our vitality and abundance. It’s the season of illumination, of basking in what we have cultivated. Spiritually, summer is the call to shine without hesitation—to live in the warmth of authenticity and to embody the warmth of our own truth. It’s when we stand tall, like sunflowers reaching for the light, knowing we are nourished and sustained by it.

Then comes autumn, the great teacher of release. The trees do not cling to their leaves; they let them go with grace. So too are we asked to loosen our grip on what we no longer need—old patterns, heavy emotions, outdated ways of being. Spiritually, autumn is a divine pause of reflection and gratitude, preparing us for the inner journey to come. It is the reminder that endings are not failures, but necessary doorways to transformation.

And winter, with her stillness and quiet, gathers us inward. Though the surface seems barren, life is being renewed in the unseen. Spiritually, winter is the time for rest, for deep listening, for allowing integration from the previous seasons. It is the season of gestation, when the soul quietly speaks its secrets, and we are given the gift of simply being.

The next time you notice the shift in the air or the change in the light, pause and ask yourself: What season am I in right now, within my own soul? Am I being called to plant, to shine, to release, or to rest?

Trust that, like the Earth, your inner seasons are guiding you home to yourself. The more we embrace these rhythms, the more gracefully we move with life itself—no longer resisting change, but becoming the change, with reverence and trust.

With love,

Susie

The Heart of Authentic Confidence

Have you ever met someone who just radiates a calm, genuine confidence? It’s not about being the most impressive person in the room—it’s something quieter and far more powerful. It’s the kind of self-assurance that lets someone know their own worth without ever having to shout it. This confidence is what allows them to be genuinely happy for others, to lift people up, and to understand that someone else's win doesn't take away from their own. In fact, it adds to it!

This all comes from a beautiful place of believing there’s enough to go around—enough opportunities, enough success, enough joy. It’s an “abundance mindset.” And it’s not just something they think; it’s something they do. They’re the ones creating space for their friends and colleagues to grow, because they’re secure enough in their own journey to not feel threatened by anyone else’s.

That’s the magic, really. Because they trust their own path, they don’t get caught up in comparison. Instead, they become an incredible source of support and encouragement. They see your potential and want to help you see it too, without ever feeling like they’re losing something themselves.

To me, that’s the real choice: in a world that often tells us to compete, they consciously choose to connect. Their strength isn’t about being the only star; it’s about lighting up the room so everyone can shine. And that, I think, is what makes them so special.

What do you think? Doesn’t that feel like the kind of confidence we’d all want to have? I use a method called QHHT (quantum healing hypnosis technique) developed by Dolores Cannon which works with your Higher Consciousness that opens up all positive possibilities for you.
