You may have heard that crossing your eyes will make them stay that way—but there’s no evidence to support this! While it’s not something you should do often, occasionally crossing your eyes won’t cause permanent damage.
The muscles that control eye movement are flexible and naturally return to their normal position once you stop. However, doing it too frequently can lead to eye strain, headaches, and temporary misalignment.
So while it’s harmless every now and then, it’s best not to make a habit of it. Keep your eyes comfortable and healthy by using them wisely! 👁️✨
