Private yoga sessions are much more relaxing and calming. You need to be just yourself, watch and observe your body movement and breath. Easier to connect to your own energy and consciousness in a quiet environment. We create the sessions for your needs and concern of conditions such as an injury. Private yoga sessions offer more progressions with individual attentions.
Junko's private sessions are available at home studio in Valley Center and your home/office.
