ntinue spreading the deeply spiritual, wellness, and therapeutic benefits of Yoga and Ayurveda. I have many years of experience teaching yoga in Wellness Centers, Fitness Centers, schools, private & semi private instruction to include many styles and types of yoga and for various injuries, illnesses, diseases as well as yoga for health & wellness.
