⏱️ Shorter sessions don't have to be traditional table massage. They're a great option for focused, therapeutic work such as:

⭐️ Lower-body Thai-style stretching and compression

🫶Spot-specific myofascial stretching

🎯Targeted trigger point therapy

Thai-style stretching and some myofascial sessions are performed fully clothed, without lotion or oils. Depending on the area we're working on, you may be positioned on the massage table or in the massage chair.

The goal of these sessions is to release restricted areas, reduce trigger point tension, and improve mobility through focused stretching and compression techniques.

For best results, please wear comfortable, flexible clothing that allows for movement.
