Here is the he problem we are now stuck with. There are several days a week a computer helps me with my agenda for the day. There is not a day that goes by where a computer in some way does not either ruin or delay my daily agenda.

By seeing a person who commits su***de as an offender and not a victim, I run the risk of looking like a completely insensitive counselor who offers someone suffering from deep depression absolutely no options. Options they can’t see because of their depression. If I let public perception, what sounds good, or let my critics of my stance win; then we except death as the option WE provide them. Never was able to reach a co**se in session.

Stop incidents of su***de and help change the current narrative, making it an act of suffering instead of simply quitting. People no matter how depressed, psychologically afflicted, or straight psychotic all are shown to still care about their legacies. Let us stop making su***de a choice that is an “understandable” tragedy. Get help, get out of the cycle that EVERYONE is capable of ending, if of course you are willing to commit to yourself as much as others have.

When planning, working and loving through chore completion is all your life consists of, the likelihood is you avoiding something troubling about yourself. In those eyes work IS love. They are often exhausted but anxious, because it’s literally the only way they are comfortable presenting and expressing themselves. Yes work if that’s all you think about is as addictive as crack. If you are such a person, do all of those around, a great favor and find balance and additional coping skills, that don’t NEED to involve them. The happiness you seek is when you learn the ”being” part of human, and finally conclude work is not what should EVER matter most.
