Dear Valued Client,

We are sad to announce that Sunrise Pharmacy has decided to close their business. Sunrise Pharmacy is an independent pharmacy currently leasing the space in the front lobby of our clinic. The expected closure date is Monday, October 14th.

Unfortunately, since they are an unrelated entity, we have no control over this decision or the timing. However, we are here to support you in any way we can. We realize having a pharmacy on site has been a valued convenience for many of our patients and staff, so we are providing this notice to allow time for making any needed arrangements regarding medications.

It is our understanding that Sunrise has an agreement to transfer all current prescriptions to the CVS Pharmacy in Valley Springs. They feel there should be no disruptions and no need for additional pre- authorizations during this process. If you do not wish to use CVS Pharmacy, we suggest you contact Sunrise Pharmacy at 209-584-9088 to discuss your preferences.

Currently, we do not have a plan for another pharmacy on site, but exciting changes are coming with the Valley Springs Health & Wellness Center Clinic as we expand.
