We can treat you for a variety of nonlife-threatening illnesses and injuries. Locally owned and operated, AFC Valley Stream provides urgent care, occupational medicine, and other non-emergency health care. The facility features a high-tech, high-touch approach, including digital x-rays, state-of-the-art diagnostics, and electronic medical records. Located at 1585 Dutch Broadway. in Valley Stream, the clinic is open during the week and the weekend, with no appointments necessary. We accept most insurances and offer affordable self-pay options for those without insurance.
