You may register on our website at www.heartstartny.com – use the drop down menu for locations – we have the following locations to choose from – 75 Maiden Lane, Room 408, NYC 10038; 3855 East Tremont Avenue, Bronx 10465, Forest Hills (Queens) 108-12 72nd Avenue, 11375 and on Long Island – two locations 131 East Merrick Road, Valley Stream 11580, and 3900 Sunrise Highway, Seaford 11783. We offer a variety of courses – ACLS, PALS, BLS for the Healthcare Providers, HeartSaver CPR/AED (with Adult or Pediatric First Aid), ECG and Pharmacology, Peripheral IV Skills Certificate Program.

Please call for our prices on 3-course bundle (ACLS/PALS/BLS) packages and 5-course bundle (ACLS/PALS/BLS/IV/ECG AND PHARM) packages. wE

We also have onsite training available for a min of 8 students, we will come to your location. We can also schedule classes to accommodate groups of 8 at one of our facilities.

In response to data that shows decreases in 9-1-1 calls and ER visits, the American Heart Association developed a public awareness campaign called, Don’t Die of Doubt™. The campaign reminds people not to doubt heart attack or stroke symptoms and seek emergency medical care by calling 9-1-1 or going to the hospital should they appear.

With many fearful of calling 9-1-1 or going to a hospital during the COVID-19 pandemic, there is a critical need to reassure all Americans if symptoms of a heart attack or stroke appear, seconds count and the hospital is still the safest place to be – don’t delay.

During American Heart Month each February, the nation comes together, igniting a wave of red from coast to coast. From landmarks to news anchors and neighborhoods to online communities; this annual groundswell unites millions of people for a common goal: the eradication of heart disease and stroke.

American Heart Month, a federally designated event, is an ideal time to remind Americans to focus on their hearts and encourage them to get their families, friends, and communities involved. Wear Red Day is taking place on February 7th – so be sure to mark your calendars and remember to wear red to show your support. For resources to help celebrate Heart Month, go to GoRedforWomen.org, as well as Heart.org.

Remember, Heart Month is an excellent time to share the lifesaving skills of Hands-Only CPR!
