Golden State Psychological Services is seeking a Postdoctoral Fellow in Clinical Psychology to join our growing team in North Hollywood, CA.
This fellowship offers comprehensive, hands-on training in psychological and neuropsychological assessment for children, adolescents, and adults, with opportunities to provide group-based treatment for developmental delays and to supervise doctoral practicum students under licensed oversight. Fellows work with a diverse population of children, adolescents, and adults while building advanced clinical skills and hours needed for licensure. Fellows at GSPS gain the hours and competencies needed for licensure while developing advanced diagnostic, interpretive, and supervisory skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct clinical interviews and administer standardized psychological and neuropsychological assessments.
Score and interpret tests including the WAIS-V, WISC-V, WASI-II, WPPSI-IV, ADOS-2, MMPI-3, MMPI-A-RF, WMS-V, CPT-3, Conners 4, GARS-3, ASRS, SRS-2, ABAS-3, and other measures.
Write integrated psychological reports with diagnostic impressions and recommendations.
Participate in weekly individual and group supervision with licensed psychologists.
Supervise and mentor graduate practicum students (under licensed supervision).
Maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA and professional ethics.
Training and Supervision
2 hours of weekly individual supervision and 2 hours of group supervision provided by licensed psychologists.

Full testing materials provided.
All supervision meets California Board of Psychology licensing requirements for a psychologist
Qualifications
Required:
Doctorate (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program
Completion of an APA-accredited pre-doctoral internship
Eligibility for California licensing requirements for a psychologist
Strong assessment, diagnostic, and report-writing skills
Ability to discern between Autism Spectrum Disorder and similar psychiatric presentations
Experience administering and interpreting the ADOS-2 and Wechsler intelligence scales
Preferred:
Experience with autism and ADHD assessments
Proficiency in Spanish or another second language
Compensation & Schedule
Starts part-time (30 hrs/week for 2 months), then transitions to full-time.
