We were thrilled to host the Falcon Pride Booster Club and several DC West Falcon athletes to celebrate the handover of the Booster Club trailer donated by Valley Lakes Assisted Living! This trailer will play a big role in supporting student athletes all season long. Judging by the smiles in the photos below, our residents loved spending time with the athletes just as much as we did 🦅❤️

Join us Wednesday, January 28 at 4:00 PM for a special celebration as the Falcon Pride Booster Club receives the keys to their new tailgating trailer, generously donated by Valley Lakes Assisted Living! 🎉🚐

We’re also collecting donations now through Wednesday the 28th to help stock the trailer with game-day snack essentials—all in support of our student athletes during tournaments. Every donation makes a difference! 🏀📣

A huge THANK YOU to Valley Lakes Assisted Living for donating and wrapping this amazing tailgate trailer for our Booster Club! The trailer is fully equipped with grills and a TV and is going to bring a whole new level of fun to our Falcon events!

Join us for an 18-hole golf scramble this May at The Pines Country Club, benefiting the Fremont Alzheimer’s Collaboration, Valley VFW, and Heartland for Hope Food Pantry – Valley.🏌️‍♂️⛳

Last week, our Lifestyle Director and Health & Wellness Manager piled our residents onto the bus for a festive through western Douglas County! The light displays were amazing… but the real show was our residents belting out classic Christmas tunes the whole way 🎶✨

🎄🎁 ALERT: A surprise Christmas party has broken out! 🎉 Each of our residents were caught off guard in the best way—complete with laughter, holiday cheer, and a sleigh-full of gifts thanks to a very generous group a women. Smiles = unwrapped. 🎅😄
