We are so lucky to have many talented residents residing with us. When there is free time Joyce enjoys playing some hymns for us. She plays beautifully and usually without any music in front of her. We appreciate all of our talented folks ❤️

Meet Lynne and David! ❤️ They are just one of our lovely couples that reside here at VSV. 👩‍❤️‍👨 These love birds meet while in college at Chicago State University. They both earned their degrees in education and worked in the same school district in Illinois. They raised 3 daughters and have 1 granddaughter. David was a Biology teacher and enjoys painting and was a golf player. Lynne was an English teacher and enjoys reading and listening to audiobooks. They have been married for 60 years 🎉🥳🎈🎊🎁🍾

Neil Worden, 94, of Valparaiso, was a fullback for Notre Dame and the Philadelphia Eagles in the 1950s with a nickname that summed up his playing style: “Bull.”
