inHealth Ambulance Deployment Opportunities for EMTs and Paramedics

inHealth Ambulance has been deployed to aid in the Hurricane Helene disaster with the AMR deployment under the FEMA request/contract. As our crew helps those affected by this powerful storm, we’d like to invite local EMTs and Paramedics who are interested in future disaster response deployments to explore opportunities with inHealth.

Join a groundbreaking initiative at Valparaiso's newest Freestanding Emergency Room as we partner to enhance healthcare across the region. inHealth is actively recruiting EMTs and paramedics to bring their expertise to a new Freestanding Emergency Room (ER) in Valparaiso. This opportunity lets you put your skills to use in a hands-on, essential role within the ER, working closely with medical staff and helping transport patients when needed.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Active Role in the ER: You’ll work alongside doctors and nurses, providing care as patients come through the ER doors. From assisting with stabilization in the ER to transporting patients to a local hospital for those requiring admission for hospital care, your role will be crucial in delivering the care the patients need.
• 24/7 Coverage: Our EMS team will be stationed at the ER 24/7, with consistent shifts and full access to the hospital team. You’ll be a key part of patient care at any time of day or night.
• Growing Opportunities: Community Paramedicine Services providing in-home care through telehealth, assessments, and diagnostics are planned for the future of this program meeting the patients’ needs every step of of the way during healing and recovery.

We are excited to announce that inHealth Ambulance will be donating one ambulance stocked with medical equipment and supplies to the ongoing humanitarian effort in Ukraine.

The ambulance and equipment handover will occur Thursday March 30th at the inHealth Valparaiso base located at 153 W US Hwy 6, Valparaiso, IN at 11:30.
There will be an opportunity that same day from 9am-1130am for anyone to drop off supplies that will be loaded into the ambulance and shipped overseas. They are in desperate need for blankets, socks, flashlights, and medical type bandages.

Please stop by to write well wishes and prayers with a permanent marker inside and outside of the ambulance for those in Ukraine to see.

inHealth has a long history of sending assistance when needed around the United States. We are proud to announce our first international aid effort by donating this ambulance along with 10 EMS stretchers, 2 EMS stair chairs, and 3 spine boards to the frontline in the Ukraine War.
