📢 We’re Hiring: Home With Meds Representative – Pharmacy Support

Are you a licensed Pharmacy Technician in Valparaiso, IN ready to join a growing, innovative team focused on patients and employees? Our Home With Meds program is expanding, and we want talented individuals to help us deliver exceptional care.

What You’ll Do:

Contact patients after discharge to ensure medication adherence

Conduct monthly follow-up calls

Build strong patient relationships and maintain accurate records

Escalate issues to pharmacists or sales as needed

Requirements:

Indiana Pharmacy Technician License

Compassionate, professional, and detail-oriented

Excellent verbal communication skills

Shifts: Rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays, supporting both patient care and staff balance
