It’s been a big week for some IM family members (literally)!!

Kennedy Gutierrez finished her stellar freshmen season at VHS with a 5th place finish at state and big bro Aidan Gutierrez had his first collegiate top 5 finish at Ball State!!

“Yesterday was one of the hardest races I've ever done. The MiTi half duathlon. It was a 56 mile bike ride followed by a half marathon(13.1 miles). I trained for a year...riding some kind of bike almost everyday. The bike was HILLY, with one extremely steep hill that might have had me swearing, but made it through. I got tagged by a Winnebago on the bike course. I couldn't believe they hit me and that I managed to not go off the road! My elbow and shoulder are bruised but not too bad.The half marathon was two loops which were hard but there was quite a bit of shade and aid stations were great! . I finished in a hair over 8 hours. I can't say how much I appreciate all the support my wonderful hubby David Fritts has given me on this journey, even coming out to volunteer at the race. I also want to give a shout out to my trainer Tony at Integrated Movement who helped me make a plan and get all the training to make it a successful race.”

IM Client Spotlight!!!

Meet Michelle Everyone! Please read her amazing story! It’s so inspirational and we’re proud of be part of her journey to the healthiest version of herself!!!

Why am I not seeing progress? After completing HIIT workouts 5 days a week, counting macros, carbs, and calories, and spending a lot of time and energy counting food for YEARS I finally stopped stressing myself out trying to do all of the things. None of it was working. I gained weight, was inflamed, exhausted, and felt defeated. I had to unthink and relearn everything I "thought" was the answer. I was my own worst enemy. 1 year later and I am down 55 pounds, over 10% body fat, and over 40 inches. My success is 80% food, 20% workouts, and 100% mindset. Consistency is key and I didn't make excuses. I am doing 1/3 of the work I was doing before and feel better than I have in 20 years!
